Jennifer’s experience includes investigating and quantifying losses arising from alter ego allegations, business partnership disputes, sexual discrimination accusations, wrongful death, personal injury, patent infringement, and defamation claims, among others. Jennifer regularly provides expert witness testimony for her clients and has been admitted as an expert in both state and federal court.
In addition to
litigation services, Jennifer has also been involved in hundreds of
non-litigation engagements concerning the evaluation and quantification of
economic damages including lost profits, major construction costs, stock and
contents, product liability, lost wages, and fidelity losses. These claims have
ranged in magnitude from under $1,000 to in excess of $300 million. Jennifer
has experience in preparing these analyses in international markets including
specific experience in New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, South Africa,
Philippines, and China.
Jennifer’s
experience spans across a multitude of industries including but not limited to
oil & gas, transportation, hospitality & tourism including historical
sites, automotive, maritime, professional services, beverage, and tobacco
manufacturing, religious/civic organizations, telecommunications and
agriculture.
Jennifer is a
Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (“CFE”).
Jennifer also holds her Masters in Accountancy degree.
