Jennifer Engle, CPA, CFE, has been involved in preparing expert analyses, reports, and testimony on various forensic and investigative accounting matters. Her experience includes investigating and quantifying losses arising from alter ego allegations, business partnership disputes, sexual discrimination accusations, wrongful death, personal injury, patent infringement, and defamation claims, among others. Jennifer regularly provides expert witness testimony for her clients and has been admitted as an expert in both state and federal court.

In addition to litigation services, Jennifer has also been involved in hundreds of non-litigation engagements concerning evaluating and quantifying economic damages, including lost profits, major construction costs, stock and contents, product liability, lost wages, and fidelity losses. These claims have ranged from under $1,000 to over $300 million. Jennifer has experience in preparing these analyses in international markets, including specific experience in New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, South Africa, the Philippines, and China.

Jennifer’s experience spans many industries, including—but not limited to—oil and gas, transportation, hospitality, tourism, historical sites, automotive, maritime, professional services, beverage and tobacco manufacturing, religious/civic organizations, telecommunications, and agriculture.

Jennifer holds a Master's degree in accounting.
