FOOD FORENSICS

DRAM SHOP

Our toxicologists help resolve questions regarding liability in the alleged over-service of patrons or guests that has led to damage, injury, and/or death. Critical issues addressed by our team include interpretation and/or estimation of blood alcohol concentration (BAC) levels, associated clinical effects, and degrees of intoxication.

Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) are required to determine the extent of health risk impacts from new and existing industrial operations emitting toxins. J.S. Held toxicologists offer comprehensive Health Risk Assessments to evaluate the potential health risks from such hazardous materials.
