FOOD FORENSICS

DRAM SHOP

Our toxicologists help resolve questions regarding liability in the alleged over-service of patrons or guests that has led to damage, injury, and/or death. Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) are required to determine the extent of health risk impacts from new and existing industrial operations emitting toxins. J.S.
