Read MoreJ.S. Held’s environmental consultants represented a hospital on all environmental and safety issues from 1995 until the complete demolition of the hospital in 2018/2019. The site consists of an eight-story hospital, numerous outbuildings, and a parking garage.
Work included asbestos abatement, indoor air quality investigations, infection control concerns, regulatory compliance, risk management, underground storage tank management, and facility demolition. A new hospital was constructed to replace the original building in 2018.
All the work was completed on time and under budget.
