Phase I Environmental Site Assessments

A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) is key to any commercial, industrial, or special use real estate transaction, examining the present and historical usage of a property to aid transactional decisions. Our environmental experts assess a site to determine its environmental condition and quantify the potential risks. Our Phase I Environmental Site Assessments are performed by environmental experts who meet and exceed the EPA’s AAI Standard requirements.

Phase II Environmental Site Assessments

When environmental issues are identified in a Phase I ESA; a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment is conducted to uncover additional details about the site. Our EHS consultants conduct thorough Phase II site investigations to help clients pinpoint contamination risks and evaluate the presence of hazardous materials.
