John is a Senior Vice President and a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) in New Jersey with over 33 years of professional experience in both the public and private environmental sectors. John has extensive experience in managing a wide variety of projects involving the Resource Conservation & Recovery Act (RCRA), the Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA), Brownfields, underground storage tanks (USTs), and state voluntary cleanup programs. He has overseen complex soil, groundwater, and vapor intrusion remediations as well as due diligence reviews and land-use issues including wetlands, flood plain management, threatened and endangered species surveys, and ecological risk assessments.

John actively participates in on-site remediation committees, environmental roundtable groups, and speaks in association with professional affiliations on site remediation topics. John also provides expert services for issues such as responsible party identification for petroleum and chlorinated solvent contamination cases and site remediation processes in New Jersey. John remains directly involved with client assignments and provides strategic planning and technical oversight.

As Senior VP of the Summit, NJ office, John is responsible for a multidisciplinary staff consisting of scientists, geologists, engineers, and industrial hygienists involved in various statutory programs and remedial investigations/cleanups.

John was recently recognized in ROI Influencers: Environment 2023 and 2024 for the positive impact of his work on the environment.
