Asset-Based Lending

Our experts have extensive experience conducting appraisals of real property that provide security for banks, institutional lenders, and insurance company clients who serve as lenders. We ascertain what assets can be used as collateral and determine their valuation to secure a loan or line of credit from the lender.

Commercial Real Property Appraisal

Our team is experienced in all valuation techniques plus the supervision and appraisal / review of both single- and multi-property commercial estates and large multi-state portfolios. Our MAI-designated appraisers and skilled support staff provide analytical and valuation expertise sought after by accountants, attorneys, the courts, real property investors, financial institutions, and government agencies.

Real Property Consultation

We conduct purchase price allocation analyses, as required under Financial Accounting Standards Board Rule ASC 805, to identify and assign fair value to all tangible real property assets and liabilities in M&A transactions. We also engage in leasehold analysis, including evaluation of market versus contract rental rates.
