Property Analysis for 23-Story Historic Building Renovation

J.S. Held provided environmental, health, and safety services for the rehabilitation and renovation of the "Hibernia Bank Building" into the "Hibernia Towers." The 23-story historic property was completed in 1921 and was the regional headquarters for Hibernia National Bank for 65 years.

The site was renovated into a mixed-use property with Capital One Bank on the first floor, and offices and apartments on the upper floors. J.S. Held performed environmental assessments of the property; developed abatement and remediation scopes of work for asbestos, lead, and additional environmental hazards; and performed oversight and final clearances during renovation activities.
