Alexandra Jeltsch provides technical support for industrial hygienists and toxicologists who deliver expert consulting and litigation services in human and environmental health-related projects. She organizes, logs, tracks, and prepares project materials for expert review. Lexy assists with deposition summaries and timelines and prepares consulting experts for deposition and trial testimony. Alexandra is the regional evidence manager, receiving, tracking, and maintaining project-related material and evidence for storage on behalf of regional offices and submitting quarterly evidence reports. She provides in-office administrative support for on- and offsite team members, including conference room scheduling, answering phones, acting as a point of contact for vendors, ordering and organizing supplies, and ensuring the work setting operates smoothly and efficiently. Alexandra also assists with insurance work, providing field support for claims evaluation and documentation supporting catastrophic losses.
Troy Scott has been performing environmental due diligence consulting on renovation/demolition projects and property transactions, among other environmental work, for over 19 years. Primary responsibilities include overall coordination of environmental projects, specializing in asbestos, mold, and air monitoring services. Mr. Scott has performed thousands of asbestos surveys and overseen hundreds of abatement projects throughout Texas and New Mexico.
John Hernandez is a Senior Project Manager and a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) in New Jersey with nearly 25 years of experience in environmental site remediation. He has led hundreds of projects across commercial and industrial properties, including manufacturing facilities, dry cleaners, chemical plants, gasoline stations, and petroleum storage sites.
Brian Johnson has over two years of experience in environmental remediation and consulting. His expertise includes NJDEP environmental regulatory requirements and submissions, extensive PCB and EPH-related remediation projects, emergency response services, soil and groundwater investigations and sampling, customer and client relations, well installations, and data evaluation. He also has experience conducting vapor intrusion investigations, working on due diligence projects and inspections, ecological sampling and evaluations, insurance oversight, linear construction, and ISRA requirements.
Jeffrey Magdon is a Senior Project Manager and a New Jersey-licensed site remediation professional with 23 years of experience. He began his career with Brennan Environmental, Inc., which was acquired by J.S. Held in February 2020.
Sandy Moeller has over 30 years of experience providing administrative support and oversees the daily operation of an office with over 25 employees. Sandy works closely with the company's Senior Vice President to implement office procedures and support staff to increase capacity and operational effectiveness. Sandy’s responsibilities have included overall office management, accounts receivables and payables management, coordinating IT support and security for company PCs and servers, onboarding new employees, annual evaluation and bid of the corporate health plan, and maintaining sensitive personnel files.
Jennie Pinho is an Environmental Scientist specializing in site remediation of commercial and industrial properties. Jennie began her career in environmental consulting in 2013 with Brennan Environmental, Inc., which was acquired by J.S. Held in February 2020. Her specialty is large legacy sites with a long history of sampling and remediation, including multiple impacted media and many contaminants of concern. Jennie has authored due diligence and remediation reporting for many sites with over 100 areas of concern.
Jack Turner is J.S. Held’s Corporate ESG & Sustainability Manager. He has over seven years of experience as a senior environmental scientist specializing in sustainability consulting and environmental remediation. He holds a BS in Environmental Science from Fordham University. He graduated top of his class from Stevens Institute of Technology with an MS in Sustainability Management and a graduate certificate in Environmental Management.
Seamus Kelly joined J.S. Held in 2021. Prior to joining J.S. Held, he was a Senior Manager at Atlantic Environmental Solutions, Inc.
