Arthur Rastelli joined J.S. Held in 2021. Prior to joining J.S. Held, he was a member of AESI’s leadership team since 2010.
Arthur has nearly 20 years of experience in the field. His key responsibilities include project management oversight; performing Phase I Environmental Assessments and Preliminary Assessments for industrial, educational, retail, commercial, and residential facilities; coordinating and supervising asbestos surveys/abatement and lead surveys/abatement; remediation and contractor oversight; and coordinating and supervising field activities for site investigations and remedial investigations at contaminated sites throughout New Jersey and New York. He is also responsible for preparing reports and work plans for regulatory submittal. Earlier in his career, he was an environmental scientist with URS Corporation, where he was involved in an extensive range of projects for the New York City Transit Authority and the Department of Design and Construction, among others. He also served as an environmental scientist for Kleinfelder and AKRF, Inc.
