Jeffrey Magdon is a Senior Project Manager and a New Jersey-licensed site remediation professional with 23 years of experience. He began his career with Brennan Environmental, Inc., which was acquired by J.S. Held in February 2020.

Jeffrey is responsible for managing environmental due diligence services in the J.S. Held Summit, NJ office, including contract management, quality control, project supervision, accounting, health and safety, resource management, and business development, focusing on procuring new business and servicing existing clients. In his role, Jeffrey provides mentoring, technical consultation, and leadership to Senior and Junior Scientists regarding site assessment and remedial services. Jeffrey reviews subcontractor agreements before contract execution to ensure the accuracy of required tasks and the ability to perform work. He ensures project invoicing is complete and accurate when submitted to clients. Jeffrey has extensive experience with the New Jersey Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA). He is responsible for developing and implementing multi‐media, multi-contaminant site remediations in accordance with New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) Technical Requirements for Site Remediation and technical guidance at commercial and industrial facilities.

Jeffrey also has experience with ecological evaluations, wetland delineations, threatened and endangered species surveys, and preparing Letters of Interpretation (LOI) for wetland assessments.
