John is a Senior Project Manager and a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) in the State of New Jersey. He has nearly 20 years of experience working with environmental site remediation. John is responsible for the design, management, and implementation of complex, multi-media site investigations and delineations, hydrogeologic investigations, remedial investigations, and the development and implementation of remedial action plans. John has overseen the investigation and remediation of hundreds of contaminated sites and has managed complex cleanups using technologies such as in-situ chemical oxidation and electrical resistance heating. During his career, John has also facilitated the remedial aspects of commercial and industrial real estate transactions with total values of over $250 million. As an LSRP, John oversees approximately 40 cases and has issued Response Action Outcomes for 39 cases.

John is also responsible for overseeing vapor intrusion investigations and the design and installation of sub-slab vapor mitigation systems. John has significant experience in the characterization and remediation of chlorinated solvents including the use of innovative technologies, such as the Membrane Interface Probe to establish fate and transport mechanisms. Utilizing computer visualization, database management, and groundwater characterization applications, John has made significant contributions to cases involving regulated parties that are subject to statutory programs such as the New Jersey Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA), the New Jersey Underground Storage of Hazardous Substances Act and the New Jersey Spill Compensation and Control Act. John has provided expert testimony in relation to the remediation of these cases.
