Seamus Kelly joined J.S. Held in 2021. Prior to joining J.S. Held, he was a Senior Manager at Atlantic Environmental Solutions, Inc.
Seamus brings specific expertise in health, safety, and environmental project management and design. Seamus is responsible for overseeing and directing projects for environmental site investigations and executing remedial actions under programs, including the New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) program, the Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA) program, and the Spill Act. This includes performing Phase I Environmental Assessments and Preliminary Assessments for commercial, retail, and educational facilities throughout New Jersey and New York. Previously, Kelly served as an environmental scientist and lead asbestos surveyor with RPS Health, Safety and Environment, where he implemented asbestos surveys and supervised asbestos removal programs at commercial, industrial, and residential properties throughout the UK, Europe, and Japan.
