With over 20 years of experience in restoration, property adjusting, and environmental consulting, Justin provides expert services to diverse clients. He has conducted hundreds of environmental assessments, including mold assessments and protocols, asbestos surveys, water and smoke damage assessments, lead-based paint risk assessments, and indoor air quality investigations.
Arthur "Art" Clarke, JD, has over 40 years of experience as an environmental consultant and attorney. He specializes in litigation support, expert witness services, transactional support, due diligence, and regulatory compliance matters and has extensive technical experience as a project manager and analytical chemist.
