He specializes in supporting experts retained for superfund allocation, natural resource damages assessment, toxic torts, legacy industrial contamination litigation, environmental class actions, and insurance recovery/defense.
Thomas serves in a regulatory research and analysis role within the litigation & advisory services group. His expert topics in this group include liability assessment, management, and remediation. Thomas has a background in government and regulatory mechanisms, adaptation, mitigation, and sustainability initiatives.
