Thomas Vorhies is an environmental attorney with over ten years of experience in the legal field, five of which were focused on litigation consulting and expert testimony support. He specializes in supporting experts retained for superfund allocation, natural resource damages assessment, toxic torts, legacy industrial contamination litigation, environmental class actions, and insurance recovery/defense.
Thomas serves in a regulatory research and analysis role within the litigation & advisory services group. His expert topics in this group include liability assessment, management, and remediation.
