He provides technical guidance for project teams in investigation, compliance management, remediation evaluation and implementation, and cost to closure estimation for large and complex projects, including solid waste management, coal combustion residuals (CCR), chlorinated solvents, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), fertilizers, heavy metals, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), and other contaminants.
