Mark has been retained as an independent architectural expert in numerous cases and has worked on several major UK and international disputes. He has been qualified for 20 years and has an MSc in Construction Law from King’s College.
Kelvin Ng brings over 20 years of experience in the construction and civil engineering industries. He has been appointed as an independent delay expert on matters involving parties from Asia, Australia, Europe, and the United States. His roles have included delay expert advisor, lead assistant to the named expert, claims analyst, planner, and programmer across a wide range of sectors, including infrastructure, power generation (renewable and non-renewable), oil and gas, process plants, desalination, water and wastewater treatment, mining, marine and port structures, healthcare, and high-rise developments. Lee Cookson joined J.S. Held in August of 2022 following J.S. Held's acquisition of the Arcadis Contract Solutions Practice in Europe. Lee is a Senior Managing Director and acts as a delay expert witness. He is a Chartered Building Surveyor and has held senior roles on a large number of different construction projects, including planner, project manager; contract administrator, employer’s agent, and surveyor. He works with leading domestic and international construction and engineering clients to avoid mitigation and resolve disputes.
