Lee is a Senior Managing Director and acts as a delay expert witness. He is a Chartered Building Surveyor and has held senior roles on a large number of different construction projects, including planner, project manager; contract administrator, employer’s agent, and surveyor. He works with leading domestic and international construction and engineering clients to avoid mitigation and resolve disputes.
Ljubomir Ruseski is a Civil Engineer and a forensic delay analyst with extensive experience in domestic and international consultancy. Specializing in dispute resolution related to delay and disruption, he has contributed to some of the industry's most significant disputes ($100MM+). As a project manager on major infrastructure projects, Ljubomir has successfully led day-to-day operations and navigated unforeseen challenges, gaining a deep understanding of the complexities faced by large-scale projects.
