JERICHO, N.Y. – March 3, 2020 – Global consulting firm J.S. Held announced today that it has acquired Contract Administration Associates, known as CAA, a firm specializing in dispute resolution and contract management services. CAA maintains offices in Wiesbaden, Germany; Santiago, Chile; and Madrid, Spain to support clients based throughout the European Union and Latin America.

CAA works primarily with clients in the construction and legal sectors, addressing issues on large construction projects that are based in LATAM, the EU, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. CAA delivers a wide range of expertise, including project management, contract management, claims preparation and defense, risk analysis, and dispute resolution services.
