JERICHO, N.Y. – February 3, 2022 – Global consulting firm J.S. Held announced today that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Capital Forensics, Inc. (CFI). This acquisition strengthens J.S. Held’s Financial Investigations Division across North America by broadening the firm’s experience in litigation, risk mitigation, and regulatory response within the Financial Services Industry.
