Max’s professional concentration has been in determining, verifying, and analyzing factual matters by the examination of accounting, operating, and financial records; and in the interpretation and communication of these financial facts along with calculations and recommendations, all in connection with claims under insurance coverage’s and in litigation matters.
Types of engagements Max has worked on include, but are not limited to, business interruption, extra expense, inventory and contents, physical damages, product liability, product recall, builder’s risk, fidelity, employee dishonesty, general liability, and catastrophic loss services.
Max has been appointed and acted as appraiser in appraisal cases, where other experts had performed review services, and presented findings to umpire.
Max has served as an expert witness giving testimony by deposition and at trial in state and federal courts.
