Jericho, N.Y. – January 5, 2023 – Global consulting firm J.S. Held announces the acquisition of AEA Group, a Birmingham-based financial management firm that combines professional financial advisors with executive-level business leaders to deliver consulting services to businesses engaged in controversies throughout the United States.
Established in 2001 by Les Alexander, AEA Group provides expert testimony, litigation support, and strategic advisory services to parties facing business transactions, complex financial litigation, operational challenges, and financial performance issues. This acquisition expands and strengthens J.S. Held’s Economic Damages & Valuations practice in the Southeastern U.S., providing clients in the banking, insurance, healthcare, construction, and energy industries with operational, technological, and financial guidance through litigation, bankruptcy, restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions.
