J.S. Held Acquires Shechter & Everett to Expand Forensic Accounting Capabilities for Family Law Disputes in Florida
Read MoreThe world’s first offshore gravity-based structure LNG regasification terminal, integrating LNG offloading, storage, regasification, and pipeline transportation in one facility. The contractor engaged our team to support the engineering, procurement, construction, and transportation of e-houses for integration into the terminal topside. The contractor sought expert analysis regarding delays, scope changes, and additional costs related to the project. This matter was settled through dispute resolution.
Our team conducted a detailed analysis using a recognized forensic delay methodology to assess the construction delays and disruptions. We also applied a measured mile approach to evaluate the loss of productivity due to delays and scope changes. Based on our findings, we produced an expert report addressing the causes of delay, disruption, and additional costs. This report played a key role in the settlement process by providing essential insights to support the contractor’s position.
