Mr. Glover is a Senior Director in the Intellectual Property Disputes Financial Expert Testimony practice of Ocean Tomo, a part of J.S. Held. He works in the firm’s Chicago headquarters, where he quantifies economic damages arising from intellectual property disputes and provides general litigation support.
Mr. Glover possesses over seven years of experience in assessing commercial damages in matters involving intellectual property. Mr. Glover has consulted on numerous engagements involving intellectual property valuation and determining economic damages in commercial suits, including patent infringement, trade secret theft, and breach of contract litigation. While specific issues vary by engagement, most have included evaluation and analysis of financial and strategic data to support or rebut quantification of lost profits, reasonable royalties, price erosion, and/or unjust enrichment. He has supported counsel in all phases of the litigation process, from discovery to trial, and his experience spans several industries, including energy, automotive, marine, semiconductors, consumer products and electronics, software, and telecommunications.
In addition to his role at Ocean Tomo, Mr. Glover has participated in and supported the Advanced Trial Advocacy course at Notre Dame Law School.
Mr. Glover holds a B.S. in finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Bloomington.
