Marlie has four years of experience in environmental, occupational health, and safety consulting, with expertise in assessing asbestos-containing materials, lead-based paint, mold and fungal growth, water intrusion, and combustion by-products in commercial, residential, municipal, governmental, and AHERA-related school facilities. She also performs industrial hygiene negative exposure assessments, indoor air quality evaluations, and supports abatement projects through field monitoring and contractor oversight.

Held, Marlie serves as an Industrial Hygienist / Environmental Scientist / Safety Specialist, supporting project administration, building inspections, sample collection, data interpretation, and reporting. She oversees field activities and third-party abatement contractors and performs clearance monitoring following remediation activities.
