The project involved the construction of a new dinosaur-themed restaurant and retail space at Downtown Disney in Orlando, Florida. The restaurant features various stylistic elements, including a "Kitchen of Fire" with faux-molten lava and affords visitors the chance to dine and shop among scaled animatronic versions of prehistoric creatures.
Our scope of services included the preparation of a detailed baseline CPM schedule and monthly schedule updates.
