The Situation

We performed a standard of care assessment of the design and construction consortium in one of Central America’s largest utility-scale solar farms.

How We Advised

Our team conducted various structural and wind analyses to determine whether the vibration and galloping of the panels during high wind events may be construed as an “unsafe condition” and lead to system failure. We provided expert testimony in international arbitration.
