J.S. Held was retained to document and quantify building damages sustained by Superstorm Sandy. The delivered scope of work included improvements and betterments fit-out, shelving, refrigerated cases, and walk-in freezers.
Onsite project monitoring and continued communication with the owner's representatives allowed for a responsive recovery to the owner's business.
