The front canopy began to deflect and pull away from the front of the adjoining commercial/retail buildings. The brick parapet wall above the canopy began to rotate outward. The building required interior repairs as a result of water infiltration, roof repair, parapet wall/masonry veneer replacement, and replacement of the building’s front canopy.
