The World Trade Center building in New Orleans, formerly known as the “ITM Building” (The International Trade Mart), was completed in 1967 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in June 2014. The property originally housed the World Trade Center New Orleans, the first World Trade Center Organization in the world that was created by merging the International House and the International Trade Mart.
J.S. Held's involvement includes lead and asbestos environmental consulting services to prepare for renovation of the 33-story building into the Four Seasons with hotels, condos, and a museum.
