An upscale log cabin home with a full basement suffered a water leak due to a frozen pipe on the first floor affecting approximately 75% of the first floor and most of the finished basement and garage. Hardwood flooring, ceramic tile, and denim insulation had to be replaced. All kitchen base cabinets and countertops and one gas furnace were detached and reset, along with some duct work.
