Structural Tornado Damage

After a devastating tornado struck the Lambert St. Louis International Airport in April of 2011, J.S. Held was engaged by the Carrier and a local independent adjusting firm to inspect all damage and monitor site activities immediately after the event.

J.S. Held worked with Lambert Airport representatives on reviewing bid package procurement and submittals for repairs of damaged property from the windstorm and subsequent rain events.

In addition, J.S. Held developed detailed Replacement Cost Value and Actual Cash Value estimates to identify construction values for areas of the project in which Lambert Airport elected to change the scope of work from like, kind, and quality repairs.
