We were engaged by a reputable university to investigate the design and construction deficiencies of an underground infrastructure (trench system) which prematurely failed a few years after construction.
Our multidisciplinary investigation required geotechnical, structural, pipe stress, and hydrological analysis to pinpoint the potential issues. Our expert report was served in mediation, and no or minimal objection was raised pertaining to our analysis, even from the opposing parties.
