The Company was acquired by a private equity fund and required an interim CFO until a permanent CFO could be retained.
Our experts served in the interim CFO function for 3+ months, from the time of the Company’s acquisition until a permanent CFO was retained and onboarded. During that time, we identified and tracked unit-level operating metrics, managed the combined treasury functions, and updated the combined current year financial forecasts. Additionally, we developed and reviewed a detailed CFO onboarding package with the new CFO, which included the documentation of critical, internal processes, and recommendations for operational improvements going forward. Finally, we developed and implemented internal processes pertaining to purchase order approvals, sales commissions, credit card security protocols, and weekly vendor payment decisions.
