Reconstructing the Plant's Air-Cooled Condenser Units
J.S. Held was retained to work on site to monitor the reconstruction efforts to the plant's damaged air-cooled condenser units from an explosion.
We were responsible for monitoring a labor workforce in excess of 250+ laborers and large scale equipment over a 7-month period.
Additionally, we were also tasked with the analysis and reconciliation of all project-related costs included the analysis of site betterments versus like, kind, and quality repairs.
