This was a unique project in which an aircraft impacted the 40th floor of a mixed-use high-rise structure and caused an explosion, resulting in collateral fire, smoke, soot, and water damages to the structure, curtain wall, and interior finishes.
In conjunction with the Independent Adjusters and a team of engineers, J.S. Held conducted extensive site inspections and meetings to identify agreeable scope of work and produced a detailed estimate of damages.
