Phase 1: New construction of a 30,000-barrel brewery with a 30 hectoliter brew house, wastewater treatment plant, and water well building. J.S. Held provided bid and award review, change order negotiations with the contractor and engineer, schedule coordination between contractor and owner’s subcontractors, construction design modifications, and liaison for out-of-country subcontractors.
Phase 2: New construction of a multi-story building consisting of a retail space, office space, owner’s apartment, restaurant, fully functional kitchen and banquet hall. There is also a private garden and biergarten (beer garden). J.S. Held provided bid and award review, change order negotiations with the contractor and engineer, schedule coordination between contractor and owner’s subcontractors, and suppliers and construction design modifications.
