The builder/owner sought to convert this 19th Century Carriage House, which was being used as a parking garage, into luxury apartment buildings. J.S. Held was hired by the owner to coordinate and assist in all aspects of the project, from initial budgeting to project close out. J.S. Held worked closely with architects, attorneys, contractors, and city agencies to gain all necessary approvals for the renovation project of this historical building and to execute the project at a level satisfactory to both building owners and the stringent requirements of the city's historic preservation agency.
