Katie brings more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry to J.S. Held's builder's risk group.
J.S. Held is excited to announce the addition of Katie Twomey to the firm's building consulting practice as Vice President of Builder's Risk Services.
Katie joins J.S. Held with more than 30 years of experience in extensive mega-project leadership in both the private and public sectors. With over $4 billion worth of work completed, her background includes master planning projects with unique site constraints, as well as on-site management direction, establishing project objectives and policies, and construction monitoring.
Based out of Seattle, WA, Katie leverages her experience to support clients on matters involving buildings and infrastructure that have been damaged during the course of construction. Her expertise in estimating, scheduling, document review and analysis, and contract negotiations best positions her to consult with clients throughout the entirety of the claims and/or litigation process.
