JERICHO, N.Y. – October 19, 2021 – Global consulting firm J.S. Held announced today that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Atlantic Environmental Solutions, Inc. (AESI), an environmental consulting firm based in New Jersey.
AESI offers environmental investigations, due diligence assessments, compliance consulting, litigation support, and remediation services. Their clients include municipalities, industrial real estate firms, mixed-use multi-family developers, REITS, and general contractors, as well as those in the insurance, legal, and utilities industries. Following the acquisition, AESI’s team will join J.S. Held’s Environmental, Health, and Safety Practice, to further enhance this dynamic and growing team of consultants across North America.

AESI consultants are experts in geoscientific and environmental disciplines such as hydrogeology, environmental engineering, facility assessments, and building inspections. AESI staff were also among the first to become approved Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRPs) under the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection’s LSRP Program.
