JERICHO, N.Y. – September 9, 2020 – Global consulting firm J.S. Held announced today that it has acquired Perry Associates LLC. Perry Associates (Perry) is a construction consulting firm that provides commercial management and project scheduling support, construction claims and time impact analysis, and expert services.
This acquisition expands J.S. Held’s Construction Advisory Services Practice in the Northeastern United States. Located in the Greater Boston area of Massachusetts, the Perry Associates team has experience ranging from small commercial projects to large government projects, in both horizontal and vertical construction, across numerous industries and geographic markets.

Led by Bill Perry, who has more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Perry Associates delivers support to general contractors, subcontractors, owners, engineers, and their respective attorneys.
