Jericho, NY – March 1, 2019 – Global consulting firm J.S. Held announced today that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Magnan Graizzaro and Associates (MG&A). Headquartered in New York, MG&A is a national forensic accounting firm that provides insurance claims investigation, forensic accounting and investigation, litigation and dispute consulting, and expert testimony.
The acquisition enhances J.S. Held’s portfolio of professional services and strengthens the firm’s ability to support clients in claims disputes with the knowledge and experience of the MG&A forensic accounting team, including Louis Magnan and Bruno Graizzaro, Managing Partners of MG&A.
