William Watts has more than thirteen years of experience in project scheduling, utilizing Oracle Primavera P6, and delay claims dealing with construction matters. His expertise includes developing baseline schedules, performing periodic schedule updates, and preparing time extension documentation on projects in a variety of sectors: transportation, education, industrial, healthcare, commercial, residential, and sports/entertainment.
Will has experience analyzing delay claims in support of litigation cases. This analysis includes reviewing construction progress to create an as-built schedule and updating the planned construction schedule with the actual dates for when the work was performed in the field.
Will has also been involved in analyzing payment bond claims for work performed under a bonded construction project. This included reviewing payment applications versus work installed by the claimant and making recommendations to the surety to principals.
