Mr. Wright specializes in forensic accounting, the analysis of economic damages with a focus in construction, government contracts and environmental remediations and allocations. With over 40 years of experience, Mr. Wright provides consulting and expert services for both plaintiffs and defendants throughout the country, including over 35 years providing expert services to the U. S. Department of Justice. He has been retained as an expert in hundreds of matters and has testified on more than 175 occasions in trial, arbitration and deposition. Mr. Wright also consults with businesses and individuals on government contract compliance matters, cost allocations, change management, cost audits and fraud investigations and other specialized forensic accounting services.
Mr. Wright has presented written and oral expert witness testimony in alternate dispute resolution forums including mediation, AAA and ICC arbitration proceedings, as well as before U.S. District Courts, Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, Civilian Board of Contract Appeals, U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, U.S. Court of Federal Claims and various state courts and boards.
Mr. Wright is involved in forensic accounting investigations, damages analysis for construction projects, government contract and environmental matters, preparation of Requests for Equitable Adjustments, government contract compliance issues, and other breach of contract damages.
