In addition to being a corporate scheduler for construction management firm, Wayne was also a field engineer and assistant superintendent with a general contracting firm. Prior to construction, Wayne was an Engineering Work Center Supervisor in the US Navy. Wayne holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati. He is certified Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP), and is an active member in the AACEI.
The core area of his expertise lies in project scheduling, cost control and analysis, labor cost analysis, and schedule disruption analysis. Wayne is adept in schedule preparation issues including activity breakdown, work sequencing, resource leveling, cash flow, shop drawing submittals, and material procurement graphics.
Wayne provides scheduling support and claims analysis on complex projects, including schools, universities, military installations, power plants, industrial manufacturing facilities, hospitals, and dams.
