Wael has a dynamic professional history of profitably completing large, complex design/ build and construction projects on time and within budget throughout various projects belonging to Army overseas operations and government.
Prior to joining J.S. Held, Wael was a Senior Project Manager working for a well-known government and Army general contractor where he was responsible for procurement and project management for mechanical, plumbing, fire protection systems, and all special MEP systems. He has extended experience in estimating packages and valued engineering methodologies. He also has a record of leveraging analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to win and close competitive bids on commercial, industrial, and government projects ranging from $10M to $120M. Wael traveled to Afghanistan in 2004 to design/build water, wastewater treatment plants, and power generation systems for the U.S. Army.
Wael has a background in Mechanical Engineering and has studied Construction Project Management Techniques and effective communication. With J.S. Held, Wael is working in MEP property damage assessment.
