Vlad has worked in various sectors managing aviation, government, commercial, infrastructure, and manufacturing projects. His responsibilities include project management, site monitoring, cost-to-complete estimation, schedule review and analysis, material inventory, workforce allocation, and providing expert consulting services to his clients.
