Vlad Bortchevsky is a retired law enforcement professional with over two decades of experience. Prior to retiring as a Sergeant, he investigated and reconstructed thousands of motor vehicle collisions resulting in serious injuries and/or death. Vlad has extensive training in collision investigations and the reconstruction field. In addition to his law enforcement career, for over 15 years, Vlad has provided professional expert services in collision investigation, reconstruction, and management of civil cases involving various types of investigations.
Vlad Bortchevsky is an accredited expert in collision investigation and reconstruction. He is responsible for investigating and reconstructing accidents and providing expert testimony. In addition to his investigative duties, he manages a multitude of investigations and projects handled by J.S. Held Annapolis Group and assists with cost analysis and budget planning.
