Tyler Dietrich has worked in the construction consulting business, specializing in complex project valuation, construction estimating, and claim cost analysis. He has evaluated disasters caused by water, fire, flood, hurricanes, wind, and hail. During his time as a construction consultant, Tyler Dietrich has been strongly involved in numerous domestic assignments, focusing on water and fire/smoke damage in large commercial and residential projects. He also developed a specialty in project/site monitoring, including scope development, estimation, project cost analysis, and daily records of labor & equipment usage.

Prior to joining J.S. Held in 2021, Tyler worked as an estimator and project manager in residential and commercial flooring capacities, developing small—and large-scale reconstruction estimates. He is highly knowledgeable in the areas of residential and commercial flooring products and installation.

Tyler is a Director who specializes in cost estimating, emergency services invoice reviews, invoice cost analysis, and detailed estimates. Tyler is responsible for preparing client deliverables on all phases of projects and achieving successful results.
