Troy Scott has been performing environmental due diligence consulting on renovation/demolition projects and property transactions, among other environmental work, for over 19 years. Primary responsibilities include overall coordination of environmental projects, specializing in asbestos, mold, and air monitoring services. Mr. Scott has performed thousands of asbestos surveys and overseen hundreds of abatement projects throughout Texas and New Mexico.
Troy is a professionally licensed Asbestos and Mold Consultant in Texas. His asbestos consulting responsibilities include project coordination, client liaison and team communication, project design and specification development, on-site project management, air monitoring and on-site analysis, bulk surveys, bid preparation and bid walk-through, and detailed reporting. Mr. Scott’s mold consulting tasks include project management, client and team communication, visual inspections of subject structures to identify visible mold growth, indoor air quality testing for airborne mold, writing mold protocols, and final clearance after mold remediation.
Troy has additional experience in groundwater sampling at various Leaking Petroleum Storage Tank (LPST) sites, Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP) sites, coordination, and oversight for UST Removal, and construction management during demolition.
