Trevor Krajewski joined J.S. Held in March of 2022 as part of J.S. Held's acquisition of Ocean Tomo. Mr. Krajewski is a Director in the Investment Group and Advisory Services of Ocean Tomo, a part of J.S. Held. The services are comprised of Transaction Advisory, Investments, and non-securities Investment Banking. Trevor holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
Mr. Krajewski plays an integral role in all aspects of the firm’s investment banking initiatives including facilitating IP-driven transactions, mergers and acquisitions, IP monetization strategies, financing, and IP-based special situations investments.
Mr. Krajewski has significant experience developing licensing strategies, conducting independent market research and cash flow analysis, and advising clients on the valuation of intellectual property for capital raises, licensing, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, IP spin-offs, and other business transactions. Prior to joining the Investments practice, Mr.
Krajewski spent over 2 years with Ocean Tomo’s Opinions practice where he spearheaded engagements involving the valuation of intangible assets across a broad spectrum of technologies.
Mr. Krajewski has experience consummating transactions and advising clients in areas such as consumer electronics, enterprise networking and cyber-security, medical devices, online media and retail, oil and gas, and telecommunications, among others.
Mr. Krajewski holds a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
