Tracy has over 20 years’ management experience for international firms, providing a professional business support function including HR and general administration. Having previously worked in London and Manchester in the United Kingdom, she has been based in the Middle East for the last 12 years where she has held Director of Human Resources & Administration positions for global advisory practices, helping them to function effectively and efficiently within Asia, Middle East and Africa.

Tracy’s role as Operations Manager within J.S. Held is key to ensure that a professional service is maintained and enhanced as the business grows across the Middle East and Asia regions. As part of the management team she ensures that appropriate resources and logistics are in place to support the business strategy.

Tracy holds CIPD qualifications and accreditation, and is a Chartered Manager and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute in the United Kingdom. She also holds an MBA from Liverpool University.
